淋巴回流手法联合常规护理在产后乳房胀痛患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨淋巴回流手法联合常规护理在产后乳房胀痛患者中的应用效果研究。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年5月山东省鱼台县人民医院收治的120例产后乳房胀痛患者为研究对象,按产妇住院备案号奇偶数将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用淋巴回流手法护理。比较两组的护理效果、乳房胀痛程度、护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组乳房胀痛程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组乳房胀痛程度评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 淋巴回流手法能有效提升护理效果,缓解产后乳房胀痛程度,提高产妇护理满意度,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective A research on the application effect of lymphatic drainage manipulation combined with routine nursing in patients with postpartum breast distending pain.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with postpartum breast distending pain who were admitted to People's Hospital of Yutai County of Shandong Province from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd and even numbers of the hospitalization record numbers of the parturients,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given lymphatic drainage manipulation nursing on the basis of the nursing care of the control group.The nursing effects,degree of breast distending pain,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of degree of breast distending pain in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant( P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of degree of breast distending pain in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lymphatic drainage manipulation can effectively improve the nursing effect,relieve the degree of postpartum breast distending pain,and increase the nursing satisfaction of parturients.It is worthy of being popularized and applied in clinical nursing.
