摘 要:采用水溶液法,以埃洛石和水镁石纤维为改性剂,羟乙基纤维素(HEC)为骨架,与丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚合成了埃洛石/水镁石纤维-HEC-P(AA-AMPS)复合型高吸水性树脂。在5 mL AA为定量下,当HEC、AMPS、埃洛石、水镁石纤维掺量分别为0.53,1.50,0.20 g和0.1 g时,所制得高吸水树脂在去离子水、自来水、0.9%NaCl溶液和饱和Ca(OH)2溶液中的吸水倍率分别为401.2,135.5,59.6,65.1 g/g。此外,制备样品在600℃的热解残留提升了18.68%,在50%形变量下最大正应力从5.74 N增加到了8.05 N,力学强度同样得到改善。The aqueous solution method was used to form the halloysite/brucite fiber-HEC-P(AA-AMPS)composite high absorbency polymer by co-polymerizing halloysite/brucite fiber-HEC-P(AA-AMPS)with acrylic acid(AA)and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS)using ilmenite and magnesite fiber as the modifiers and hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC)as the backbone.The water absorption multiplicity of the resulting highly absorbent resin in deionized water,tap water,0.9%NaCl solution,and saturated Ca(OH)2 solution was 401.2,135.5,59.6,65.1 g/g when HEC,AMPS,halloysite,hydrotalcite fibers were doped with 0.53,1.50,0.20,0.1 g,respectively at 5 mL of AA.In addition,the pyrolysis residue of the prepared samples at 600℃was enhanced by 18.68%.The maximum positive stress increased from 5.74 N to 8.05 N at 50%deformation,and the mechanical strength was similarly improved.
