摘 要:随着化石燃料的消耗增加,氢能作为优质的新能源备受瞩目,目前氢气的储存和运输还存在难题,而便于运送的甲醇可以解决这一问题。甲醇蒸汽重整具有高产氢量、少中间产物和较低反应温度等优势。因此,设计研发了一种甲醇重整制氢反应器,并对其内部传热传质问题进行了一系列研究。通过仿真模拟发现,随着距离的增加,反应器内的流速越来越快,温度越来越高,反应速率越来越大;同时,由于中心的温度低于周围的温度,导致中心的反应速率也小于周围。实验结果和仿真结果都显示了在同一外部热源温度下,随着入口流量的增加,出口重整气的也随之增加,而转化率越来越低;在同一入口流量下,随着外部热源的温度升高,出口重整气量也随之上升,转化率也越高。此外,在外部温度533 K,入口温度293 K,入口甲醇水溶液流速为0.024 m/s的条件下,产氢量是108 mL/min,可以满足22.65 W燃料电池的用氢量。With the increasing consumption of fossil fuels such as oil and environmental pollution,hydrogen energy as a clean energy with high caloric value has been widely concerned.At present,there are still problems in the storage and transportation of hydrogen,and methanol,which is convenient for transportation and preservation,can solve this problem.Methanol steam reforming has the advantages of high hydrogen production,less intermediate product and lower reaction temperature.In order to solve this problem,a methanol reforming hydrogen production reactor was designed and analyzed,and a series of studies were carried out on the internal heat and mass transfer problem,and a three-dimensional numerical calculation model of the reactor was established.Through simulation,it is found that with the increase of distance,the flow rate in the reactor is getting faster and faster,the temperature is getting higher and higher,and the reaction rate is getting larger and larger.At the same time,because the temperature distribution is relatively uneven,the reaction rate in the center is smaller than that at the edge.Both experimental and simulation results show that under the same external heat source temperature,with the increase of inlet flow rate,outlet reforming gas also increases,and the conversion rate becomes lower and lower.Under the same inlet flow,as the temperature of the external heat source increases,the outlet reforming gas volume also increases,and the conversion rate is higher.In addition,under the conditions of an external temperature of 533 K,an inlet temperature of 293 K,and an inlet methanol aqueous solution flow rate of 0.024 m/s,the hydrogen production rate is 108 mL/min,which can meet the hydrogen consumption of 22.65 W fuel cells.
