摘 要:当前雾化电晕放电除尘技术面临的主要问题是,放电极表面布水不均造成的电极肥大,放电性能因此受限。为解决该问题,设计一种含有螺纹的均匀布水电极的接地极雾化电晕放电除尘器,并进行放电和除尘实验。详细分析了其放电特性,研究了正负电晕放电对伏安特性的影响,探究了流量、两极间距对起晕电压、伏安特性、火花放电电压的影响,确定该接地极雾化电晕放电除尘器具有出色的放电性能和去除性能。实验探究的控制两极间距为25 mm流量10 mL/min时的负电晕放电可获得最佳放电特性;同时由对比实验得出接地极雾化电晕放电的除尘效率稳定性要优于传统电晕放电,控制流量为10 mL/min时获得最大除尘效率。The main problem facing the current atomized corona discharge and dust removal technology is the electrode fatness caused by uneven water distribution on the surface of the discharge electrode,and the discharge performance is thus limited.In order to solve this problem,a grounded-pole atomized corona discharge precipitator with threaded uniformly distributed water electrodes is designed,and discharge and dust removal experiments are carried out.The discharge characteristics are analyzed in detail,the effects of positive and negative corona discharge on voltammetric characteristics are studied,and the effects of flow rate and spacing of poles on the corona voltage,voltammetric characteristics,and spark discharge voltage are investigated,and it is determined that the grounded-pole atomized corona discharge dust collector has excellent discharge performance and removal performance.Experimental investigation of the control of the two poles spacing of 25 mm flow rate of 10 mL/min negative corona discharge can obtain the best discharge characteristics;at the same time,from the comparison of experiments that the grounding electrode atomized corona discharge dust removal efficiency stability is better than the traditional corona discharge,control flow rate of 10 mL/min to obtain the maximum dust removal efficiency.
