摘 要:为了解决高凝原油在采油、集输过程中能耗高和易凝堵的问题,以巴彦油田高凝原油为例,研究了BEM-5P降凝剂对高凝原油的降凝效果,探讨了降凝剂浓度、原油含水率、加药温度、重复加热、高速剪切、原油静置等因素对原油降凝和降黏效果的影响,以及降凝剂对原油脱水效果的影响。结果表明,BEM-5P降凝剂对高凝原油具有显著的降凝效果,降凝剂浓度越大,原油凝点和黏度越低;原油含水率越大,降凝效果越差;加药温度75℃时,降黏效果最好,原油温度低于55℃时,原油温度对降黏效果起正面影响,在超过55℃时,原油温度对降黏效果起负面影响。重复加热、高速剪切对凝点和黏度影响较小;72 h原油静置对凝点影响较小,对黏度影响较大;降凝剂脱水效果起负面作用,相对于热化学沉降,降凝剂对电化学沉降效果影响较小。In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and easy plugging of high pour point crude oil during oil extraction and transportation,the pour point depression effect of BEM-5P pour point depressant on high pour point crude oil in Bayan Oilfield was studied.The effects of factors such as pour point depressant concentration,crude oil water content,dosing temperature,repeated heating,high-speed shear,and crude oil stillness on the pour point depression and viscosity reduction effect of crude oil were explored,as well as the effect of pour point depressant on crude oil dehydration effect.The result shows that BEM-5P pour point depressant has a significant pour point depression effect on Bayan crude oil.The higher the concentration of the pour point depressant,the lower the pour point and viscosity of the crude oil;the higher the water content of crude oil,the worse the pour point depression effect;when the dosing temperature is 75℃,the viscosity reduction effect is the best.When the crude oil temperature is below 55℃,the crude oil temperature has a positive impact on the viscosity reduction effect,and when it exceeds 55℃,the crude oil temperature has a negative impact on the viscosity reduction effect.Repeated heating and high-speed shearing have little effect on solidification point and viscosity;the static state of 72 h of crude oil has a small impact on the pour point and a significant impact on the viscosity;the dewatering effect of the pour point depressant plays a negative role.Compared with thermochemistry sedimentation,the effect of the pour point depressant on the electrochemical sedimentation is less.
