摘 要:针对致密油低孔特低渗储层特征,通过表界面张力、润湿性能、稳定性能测试筛选了表面活性剂,研发了一种减阻驱油一体化压裂液,并对该压裂液进行流变、减阻、洗油性能测试。结果表明,该压裂液在120℃下耐温抗剪切性能良好,减阻率达70%,洗油率达50%。将减阻驱油一体化压裂液在江苏油田致密油区块F125-7、F125P1两口井进行现场应用,从现场施工效果和压裂后效果来看,该压裂液满足了现场在线配液、减阻、驱油、携砂等需求,压裂后日产油分别为4.4 t和6.4 t,增油效果良好。In view of the characteristics of tight oil reservoirs with low porosity and ultra-low permeability.Surfactants are screened through surface interfacial tension,wettability and stability tests,and an integrated fracturing fluid with drag reduction and oil displacement is developed and tested for rheology,drag reduction and oil washing properties of the fracturing fluid.The results show that the fracturing fluid has good temperature resistance and shear resistance at 120℃,the drag reduction rate is 70%,and the oil washing rate is 50%.Two wells F125-7 and F125P1 in the tight oil block of Jiangsu oilfield were applied in the field.From the field construction effect and the post-fracturing effect,the fracturing fluid met the requirements of online liquid distribution,drag reduction,oil displacement,sand carrying,etc.The daily oil production after fracturing was 4.4 t and 6.4 t respectively,and the oil increase effect was good.
