摘 要:【目的】随着海上风电在国内的兴起与高速发展,直径超过2 m的大直径钢管桩得到更为广泛的应用。由于受到风、浪、流等产生的水平荷载作用,桩体的水平受荷性状成为海上风电桩基础设计的控制因素。为了研究目前大直径单桩设计中存在的问题,为海上风机基础设计提供参考,【方法】以国内大直径的海上单桩原位试验为基础,结合海上风电设计中广泛采用的实体有限元法和p-y曲线法,揭示了大直径单桩的水平受荷性状。【结果】结果表明:API规范推荐的黏土p-y曲线整体上偏于“柔性”,从而导致p-y曲线法计算得到的结果偏于保守;实体有限元法严重依赖于设计参数的选取,在小位移条件下,实体有限元法得到的结果与实测结果较为接近,但存在高估大位移下桩体极限承载力的风险。【结论】在采用实体有限元法进行设计时,需考虑桩-土脱开效应,并且在无可靠的参数选取依据时,建议在合理范围内采用参数分析得到相对保守的结果作为设计参考依据。[Objective]With the rapid increasing of offshore wind power in China,monopiles with diameters exceeding 2 m are widely used.As these piles are subjected to lateral loads caused by wind,wave,and current,the designs of the pile foundations supporting offshore wind turbines are significantly influenced by their lateral behaviors.In order to research the current problems in the design of large-diameter monopiles and provide the reference for the design of offshore wind turbine foundations,[Methods]field tests of largest-diameter monopiles on the sea and additional analysis based on FEM and p-y curves are carried out,to reveal the response of monopiles subjected to lateral loads.[Results]The results revealed that the p-y curves proposed by API code for clay showed much“softer”response,which resulted in the conservative design of the piles;Solid FEM relied heavily on the choosing of used parameters.At relatively small deflections,the solid FEM presented reasonable result as compared with the tests,which however was supposed to over-estimate the ultimate capacity of the piles.[Conclusion]The results also indicated the importance of the influence of pile-soil gap and the application of parameter analysis to achieve the relatively conservative result,if the solid FEM is adopted in the design.
