摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立后,苏绣展现出与时代更加紧密相连,服务社会主义建设和人民美好生活的强大生命力,以及不断突破自我、生生不息的艺术创造力,形成了今天兼容并包、百花竞放的崭新面貌。本文聚焦于新中国成立后的十七年间,在人民政府有计划的扶持和政策引领下苏绣生产的深刻变革,梳理这一时期为推进苏绣发展所制定的方针政策以及工艺美术体制机制变革对苏绣生产恢复、转型与发展的深远影响,研究苏绣生产创作在供销路径、生产模式、人才培养、技艺革新等诸多领域从“个体”到“集体”的巨大变化,总结新中国苏绣艺术发展关键历史时段的经验与价值。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Suzhou embroidery has exhibited a heightened relevance to the contemporary era,driving forward socialist construction and enhancing the lives of the people,while also fostering continuous innovation and relentless artistic creativity.This has led to the formation of today’s new landscape characterized by inclusiveness and diversity,where a myriad of artistic expressions compete and flourish.This paper meticulously examines the profound changes in Suzhou embroidery production during the first seventeen years of New China,under the planned support and policy guidance of the government.It delves into the guidelines and policies formulated to foster the development of Suzhou embroidery,as well as the profound impact of reforms in the arts and crafts system and mechanism on the restoration,transformation,and development of Suzhou embroidery production.Furthermore,it scrutinizes the transition from“individual”to“collective”practices in terms of supply and marketing channels,production modes,talent training,technological advancements,and other pertinent areas.By analyzing these significant shifts,the paper aims to summarize the invaluable experience and historical significance of this crucial period in the evolution of Suzhou embroidery art in New China.
