依托考昔片联合普瑞巴林胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨依托考昔片联合普瑞巴林胶囊对膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的影响。方法:回顾性选取2022年2月—2024年2月泰州市人民医院收治的102例KOA患者。根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51)。对照组给予依托考昔片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予普瑞巴林胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能、疼痛程度、骨代谢指标及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组疼痛、活动度、肌力、关节功能、屈曲畸形及稳定性评分均高于对照组,西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛强度(PPI)评分、疼痛分级指数(PRI)及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨保护素(OPG)、骨钙素(BGP)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依托考昔片联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗KOA患者能显著改善膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,提高骨代谢水平,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of Etoricoxib Tablets combined with Pregabalin Capsules on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 102 patients with KOA admitted to Taizhou People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51).The control group was treated with Etoricoxib Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Pregabalin Capsules on the basis of the control group.Knee function,pain degree,bone metabolism indexes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,pain,range of motion,muscle strength,joint function,flexion deformity and stability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of Western Ontario and Mcmaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain intensity(PPI)score,pain grading index(PRI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),osteoprotectin(OPG)and osteocalcin(BGP)in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Etoricoxib Tablets combined with Pregabalin Capsules in the treatment of KOA patients can significantly improve knee joint function,reduce pain,improve bone metabolism level,and have good safety.
