连花清瘟胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析连花清瘟胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒患者的临床效果。方法:选择2023年3月—2024年3月中国人民解放军63750部队医院收治的84例流行性感冒患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分将患者为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=42)。对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,观察组给予磷酸奥司他韦联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗,两组均治疗5 d。比较两组临床症状改善情况、中医症候积分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组发热、咽痛、咳嗽、肌肉酸消失时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后主症、次症及总积分、CRP水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组相关药物不良反应总发生率较对照组更低,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:流行性感冒采用连花清瘟胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗,可有效加快临床症状改善,提高炎症控制效果、治疗效果,且不会增加药物不良反应,具备良好有效性和安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Oseltamivir in the treatment of patients with influenza.Method:A total of 84 patients with influenza who admitted to the 63750 Team Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate,the observation group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Lianhua Qingwen Capsules,two groups were treated for 5 d.The improvement of clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,C-reactive protein(CRP),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The disappearance times of fever,sore throat,cough and muscle acid in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,total scores and CRP levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza can effectively accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve the inflammation control effect and treatment effect,and will not increase the adverse drug reactions,with good effectiveness and safety.
