摘　　要：目的:分析内镜下碎石联合自拟和胃化石汤治疗胃结石的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年12月山东中医药大学附属威海市中医院收治的60例胃结石患者。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组给予内镜下碎石联合自拟和胃化石汤治疗,对照组给予内镜下碎石联合西药干预治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分、胃结石排空情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组中医症状积分降低,观察组中医症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃结石排空率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均未观察到明显不良反应。结论:运用内镜下碎石联合自拟和胃化石汤治疗胃结石的效果良好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with self-made Hewei Huashi Decoction in the treatment of gastric stones.Method:Sixty patients with gastric calculus admitted to Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with self-made Hewei Huashi Decoction,and the control group was treated with lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with western medicine intervention.Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment,gastric stone emptying and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the Chinese medicine symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric stone clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with self-prepared Hewei Huashi Decoction has achieved good results in the treatment of gastric calculus.
