问题导向干预模式护理对帕金森病老年患者心理、睡眠与自护能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究问题导向干预模式护理对帕金森病老年患者的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年7月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的115例帕金森病老年患者,以信封法分为对照组(57例)和研究组(58例)。对照组给予帕金森病的常规护理干预,研究组给予问题导向干预模式护理。对比两组心理情绪、睡眠质量及自护能力情况。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组各项自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将问题导向干预模式护理应用于帕金森病老年患者中能有效改善心理情绪,提高睡眠质量,提升自护能力。Objective:To explore the effect of problem-oriented intervention mode nursing on elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Method:A total of 115 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease who admitted in the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2020 to July 2023 were selected and they were divided into control group(57 cases)and study group(58 cases)by envelope method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention for Parkinson's disease,and the study group was given problem-oriented intervention mode nursing.The psycho-emotional,sleep quality assessment and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depress self-rating scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of problem-oriented intervention mode nursing on elderly patients with Parkinson's disease can effectively improve psychological and emotional performance,improve sleep quality,and enhance self-care ability.
