揿针八髎穴联合肠露灌肠液治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针八髎穴联合肠露灌肠液治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年6月厦门市中医院脾胃科及肛肠科收治的70例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,均给予基础治疗美沙拉秦肠溶片口服,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(采用肠露灌肠液+揿针八髎穴)和对照组(采用肠露灌肠液),各35例,疗程均为2周。分析两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、炎症指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组及对照组的中医症候积分均较治疗前下降,观察组中医症候积分较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组及对照组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、粪便钙卫蛋白(FC)均较治疗前下降,观察组的CRP、ESR、FC较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:揿针八髎穴联合肠露灌肠液可协同促进溃疡性结肠炎的炎症缓解,改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of press needle Baliao acupoint combined with intestinal liquid enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:A total of 70 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the Spleen and Stomach Department and Anal Enterology Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were given Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets oral as the basic treatment.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(used Intestinal Liquid Enema+press needle Baliao acupoint)and control group(used Intestinal Liquid Enema),35 cases in each group,The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammation index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of both of the observation group and the control group decreased compared with those before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and fecal calcareous protein(FC)in the observation group and the control group were all decreased compared with those before treatment,and CRP,ESR and FC in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of press needle Baliao acupoint and intestinal liquid enema can synergically promote the remission of inflammation in ulcerative colitis,improve the clinical sy
