摘 要:目的:评估住院精神疾病患者的营养风险,并深入探讨与营养风险相关的因素。方法:选取2023年3—6月在厦门市仙岳医院住院的2312例精神疾病患者作为研究对象。入院时,通过检测血清白蛋白(albumin,ALB)水平(正常值为40~55 g/L)评估患者的营养状况,并据此将患者分为非营养风险组和营养风险组。利用医院数字化管理平台,系统地收集患者基本人口学信息和相关临床数据,通过单因素及多因素logistic回归分析,识别影响成年精神疾病患者营养风险的因素。结果:2312例患者,470例(20.33%)存在营养风险。两组性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、营养风险筛查2002(nutritional risk screening 2002,NRS2002)评分、精神疾病类型、护士用住院患者观察量表(nurse's observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、精神疾病类型、BMI、NRS2002评分和NOSIE评分是精神疾病患者营养状态的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:住院精神疾病患者存在较高的营养风险,受多种因素影响,包括性别、年龄、BMI、NRS2002评分及NOSIE评分等。Objective:To assess the nutritional risk of hospitalized patients with mental illness,and to explore the factors related to nutritional risk. Method: A total of 2,312 patients with mental illness who hospitalized in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from March to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. At admission, the nutritional status of patients was evaluated by detecting serum albumin (ALB) levels (normal value was 40-55 g/L), and the patients were divided into non-nutritional risk group and nutritional risk group. Using the hospital digital management platform, the basic demographic information and related clinical data of patients were systematically collected, and the factors affecting the nutritional risk of adult patients with mental illness were identified by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Result: Among 2,312 patients, 470 cases (20.33%) had nutritional risk. There were statistically significant differences in the gender, age, education level, marital status, body mass index (BMI), nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS2002) score, mental illness types, and nurse's observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) score between two groups (P<0.05). Further multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, mental illness types, BMI, NRS2002 score and NOSIE score were the influencing factors of nutritional status in patients with mental illness (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a high nutritional risk in hospitalized patients with mental illness, which is affected by many factors, including gender, age, BMI, NRS2002 score and NOSIE score.
