摘  要:以藜麦品种伊藜早1号为试验材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法,探讨不同浓度赤霉素(80、160、240、320、400、480 mg·L^(-1))浸种处理对藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响,以期为优化藜麦栽培技术和提高产量提供参考依据。结果表明:赤霉素(gibberellin,GA)可显著促进藜麦种子萌发,优化幼苗的生理状态,并且随赤霉素浓度的增加,各参数均呈先增加后降低的趋势。在240 mg·L^(-1) GA3浸种处理下,藜麦种子具有较高的活力,与对照相比,藜麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长和鲜质量分别显著升高9.34%、17.59%、10.73%、35.07%、25.56%、14.40%;过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖较对照显著升高68.69%、70.78%、31.79%、50.90%;与对照相比,脯氨酸含量显著降低39.71%。综上所述,当GA3浓度为240 mg·L^(-1)时,作用效果最明显,显著提高了种子活力、发芽率和相关生理指标,是优化藜麦栽培的适宜浓度。Using quinoa variety Yilizao 1 as the experimental material,the paper-towel germination method in petri dishes was employed to investigate the effects of seed soaking treatments with various concentrations of gibberellin(GA)(80,160,240,320,400,480 mg·L^(-1))on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of quinoa.The aim was to provide a reference for optimizing quinoa cultivation techniques and enhancing yield.The results showed that Gibberellin(GA)significantly promoted quinoa seed germination and optimized the physiological state of seedlings.With increasing GA concentration,all parameters exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Under soaking treatment with 240 mg·L^(-1) GA3,quinoa seeds exhibited high vigor,with significant increased in germination rate,germination energy,germination index,vigor index,plumule length,and fresh weight by 9.34%,17.59%,10.73%,35.07%,25.56%,and 14.40%,respectively,compared to the control.Peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),soluble protein,and soluble sugar levels were significantly increased by 68.69%,70.78%,31.79%,and 50.90%,respectively,compared to the control group.In contrast,proline content was significantly reduced by 39.71% compared to the control.In conclusion,when the GA3 concentration is 240 mg·L^(-1),the effect is most pronounced,significantly improving seed vigor,germination rate,and related physiological indicators.This concentration is suitable for optimizing quinoa cultivation.
