摘　　要：2024年11月6日,特朗普再次当选美国总统,标志着美国“逆全球化”政策的延续,将给共建绿色“一带一路”带来显著挑战。本文通过分析2017年至2020年美国政府对华政策,以及特朗普在气候政策、地缘政治、全球经贸格局等方面的“美国优先”立场,研判其对中国绿色“一带一路”倡议的潜在冲击,并从中国立场出发.On November 6,2024,Donald Trump was re-elected as President of the United States,signaling the continuation of America’s“anti-globalization”policies,which pose significant challenges to the development of a green Belt and Road Initiative.This article analyzes U.S.policies toward China from 2017 to 2020 and examines Trump’s“America First”stance on climate policy,geopolitics.
