摘 要:在铁轨沿线架设多孔挡沙板是沙区铁路的主要防沙措施。为明确多孔挡沙板与铁轨之间的最佳安装距离,采用CFD-DPM数值模拟方法,对23种结构参数不同的多孔挡沙板进行了风沙绕流实验,分析了各多孔挡沙板的风沙流场特性,确定了影响多孔挡沙板安装距离的关键因素。研究结果表明:1)与无孔挡沙板相比,多孔挡沙板背风侧的对流较弱,涡流较小且压强分布更均匀,其挡沙效果更佳。2)多孔挡沙板背风侧的无风区易堆积沙尘,挡沙效果欠佳,多孔挡沙板与无风区的距离即为多孔挡沙板的最小安装距离。3)提出了基于多孔挡沙板阻力系数确定最小安装距离的经验公式。Erecting porous sand sidings along railway tracks is a primary measure for mitigating sand intrusion of railways in desert areas.This study utilized the CFD-DPM numerical simulation technique to determine the optimal installation distance between porous sand sidings and railway tracks by conducting wind-sand flow experiments on 23 porous sand sidings,each characterized by varying structural parameters.The analysis focused on their wind-sand flow field characteristics,identifying key factors that influence the optimal installation distance.The findings revealed that:(1)Porous sand sidings exhibit diminished convective flow,reduced vortex formation,and a more homogeneous pressure distribution on the leeward side than their non-porous counterparts,which enhanced sand-retention capabilities.(2)The windless zone on the leeward side of the porous sand sidings is susceptible to dust accumulation,adversely affecting sand-retention performance;hence,the distance between the porous sand sidings and this windless area represents the minimum installation distance required.(3)An empirical formula has been proposed to calculate the minimum installation distance based on the resistance coefficient of the sand sidings.
