摘  要:为了确定激光拼焊差厚板焊缝断裂的原因,使用维氏硬度计、电子万能试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析了激光拼焊后22MnB5钢的力学性能和显微组织,并对其失效模式及机制进行了分析。结果表明:在焊接过程中,Al-Si镀层熔化进入焊缝;随着焊缝中铝元素的富集,δ铁素体含量增加,降低了焊缝塑性,导致拉伸试样焊缝断裂。In order to determine the cause of fracturing in the weld of laser tailor welded differentially thick plate,the mechanical properties and microstructure of 22MnB5 steel after laser tailor welding were analyzed by Vickers hardness tester,electronic universal testing machine,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,the modes and mechanisms of failure were also analyzed.The results showed that the Al-Si coating melted into the weld during the welding;with the enrichment of aluminium elements in the weld,the increase inδ-ferrite content reduced the plasticity of the weld,thus leading to the tensile specimen fracturing in the weld.
