摘 要:对热轧后在690和580℃卷取的含钛IF钢板进行冷轧和700℃退火。检测了热轧态和退火态钢板的显微组织、硬度和力学性能。结果表明:690℃卷取的钢板显微组织为均匀的等轴铁素体,580℃卷取的钢板显微组织为明显变形的铁素体和少量等轴铁素体;两种钢板退火后组织均为均匀的等轴铁素体,且再结晶晶粒数量基本相同;580和690℃卷取的钢板均具有一定强度的{111}γ纤维织构,580℃卷取的钢板中{111}γ纤维织构的密度较高,而在690℃卷取的钢板形成了一定强度的{110}〈uvw〉纤维织构;两种钢板退火后微观织构基本相同,均有强度达10级以上的{111}γ纤维织构;卷取后退火的钢板硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度和平均应变硬化指数n差异不大,在580℃卷取的钢板退火后的断后伸长率和塑性应变比略高于690℃卷取的钢板。Titanium-containing IF steel sheets hot rolled then coiled at 690 and 580℃were cold rolled and annealed at 700℃.The steel sheets were tested for microstructure,hardness and mechanical properties in hot-rolled and annealed conditions.The results showed that(a)the microstructure was uniform equiaxed ferrite in the steel sheet coiled at 690℃,and consisted of obviously deformed ferrite and a small amount of equiaxed ferrite in the steel sheet coiled at 580℃;(b)both of the two steel sheets had uniform equiaxed ferrite,and were basically identical in quality of recrystallized grains;(c)the steel sheets coiled at 580 and 690℃both existed a certain intensity of{111}γfiber texture,the{111}γfiber texture was higher in density in the steel sheet coiled at 580℃,and a certain intensity of{110}〈uvw〉fiber texture formed in the steel sheet coiled at 690℃;(d)after annealing,the two steel sheets were basically identical in microtexture,and both contained{111}γfiber texture exhibiting as intensity as ten level and more;and(e)after annealing,the two steel sheets had no evident difference in hardness,yield strength,tensile strength and average strain hardening index n,and the elongation and plastic strain ratio of the steel sheet coiled at 580℃were slightly larger than those of the steel sheet coiled at 690℃.
