摘  要:分别采用精确有限元模型和等效有限元模型对大型炼钢厂250t钢包环境温度场进行数值模拟。精确有限元模型采用全尺寸建模,根据热-流-固耦合有限元理论,考虑了钢包结构之间的热传导、钢水与钢包之间的热传导、热流动边界层效应、钢包与环境的对流传热和辐射传热;等效有限元模型将钢包简化为等效热源的圆柱体,根据热辐射和热对流理论,采用二维热源面等效替代复杂三维结构钢包的热效应,模拟钢包对周围环境的热辐射和热对流,将热-流-固耦合问题降阶为热-流耦合问题,从而降低了对计算资源的占用,大幅度提高了计算效率。模拟结果对比表明,等效有限元模型的计算效率高,模拟结果准确可靠。Environmental temperature field of a 250 t ladle in a large steelmaking plant was numerically simulated by the accurate finite element model and the equivalent finite element model,respectively.The accurate finite element model adopted the full-scale modeling,and considered the heat conductions between the ladle components and between the molten steel and the ladle,the boundary layer effect of heat flow,the convective and radiative heat transfer between the ladle and environment according to the thermal-fluid-solid coupling finite element theory.The equivalent finite element model simplified the ladle to a cylinder with an equivalent heat source,and used the two-dimensional heat source surface for equivalently replacing the heat effects of the ladle with complex three-dimensional structure according to the theory of heat radiation and heat convection,to simulate the heat radiation and heat convection of the ladle in the surrounding environment,the thermal-fluid-solid coupling problem was reduced to the thermal-fluid coupling problem,thereby reducing the occupation of computational resources and significantly increasing computational efficiency.The comparison of simulated results showed that the equivalent finite element model had high computational efficiency,accurate and reliable simulation results.
