摘  要:高校体育课程思政研究,需立足运动专项,以运动项目文化为突破口,或可破解体育课程思政建设中要点说教和项目学练分离、体育精神与专项课堂对接生硬之难题。关注身体塑造与身心感知的健美运动,对抗竞争与拼杀成分少,自我改变和提升比重大,彰显出鲜明的身体文化特色,并在长期的演变和发展中,形成了独特的思政资源和育人方式。基于“训练智慧”“身心体验”和“审美意识”三位一体的健美项目文化,推演以“科学精神”“实践创新”和“人文素养”为对应思政维度。在此基础上,结合健美课程教改实践和具体的案例事实,呈现健美课程思政元素的凝练路径和方法。As a new teaching concept,ideological and political education is a new requirement,new measure and new direction to strengthen the cultivation of talents and ideological and political education in universities in the new period,it is a fundamental response to such important educational theories and practical problems.The premise of carrying out ideological and political work in physical education curriculum is to fully understand the connotation and significance of ideological and political work in curriculum,adhere to the theoretical logic of“returning knowledge to virtue”,and transfer the basic task from imparting knowledge(skills)to cultivating talents(cultivating talents),combining the imparting of knowledge with the cultivation of ability,changing from“skill teaching”to“project education”,strengthening the cultivation of moral character and value building on the basis of quality improvement,so that students in the practice of curriculum reform based on the culture of sports events to fully obtain the cultural experience and physical and mental experience of the project,establish moral trees,body casting soul.On this basis,take the university body-building curriculum as the example,discusses and analyzes the sports curriculum ideological and political case and the practice.
