摘 要:为明确配施生物有机肥对花叶用汉麻生长发育及产量的影响,以“汉麻7号”为试验材料,研究配施生物有机肥对花叶用汉麻生长指标、干物质重、光合相关指标及花叶产量的影响。结果表明,现蕾期至盛花末期,F_(1)(90%化肥+10%生物有机肥)、F_(2)(80%化肥+20%生物有机肥)和F 3(70%化肥+30%生物有机肥)的株高、茎粗、分枝数、叶面积、根茎叶干物质重及光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G s)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_(i))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))比CK(不施肥)、CK_(1)(化肥)、CK_(2)(生物有机肥)提高0.09%~404.83%;现蕾期至盛花末期,随着配施生物有机肥量的增加,汉麻的生长指标、根茎叶干重、光合相关指标及花叶产量呈先上升后下降的趋势,F_(2)比F_(1)、F 3提高2.02%~81.82%;盛花末期,F_(1),F_(2)和F_(3)的花叶产量比CK、CK_(1)、CK_(2)提高4.89%~216.07%,且F_(2)比F_(1)、F_(3)提高20.48%~36.98%。综合分析表明80%化肥(360 kg/hm^(2))配施20%(990 kg/hm^(2))生物有机肥促进了花叶用汉麻生长发育及其光合特性。In order to determine the effect of combined application of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of hemp for flowers and leaves,the effect of combined application of bio-organic fertilizer on growth index,dry matter weight,photosynthetic related index and yield of hemp for flowers and leaves were studied with“Hemp No.7”as experimental material.The results showed that plant height,stem diameter,branch number,leaf area,dry matter weight,photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G s),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(C_(i))and transpiration rate(T_(r))in F_(1)(90%fertilizer+10%bio-organic fertilizer),F_(2)(80%fertilizer+20%bio-organic fertilizer)and(70%fertilizer+30%bio-organic fertilizer)increased by 0.09%-404.83%compared with CK(no fertilizer),CK 1(chemical fertilizer),CK_(2)(bio-organic fertilizer);From the bud stage to the end of blooming,the growth indexes,root,stem,leaf dry weight,photosynthetic related indexes and flower and leaf yield of hemp showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of biological organic fertilizer amount,and F_(2) was_(2).02%-81.82%higher than F_(1) and F_(3).At the end of flowering period,the floral yield of F_(1),F_(2) and F_(3) was increased by 4.89%-216.07%compared with CK,CK 1 and CK_(2),and that of F_(2) was increased by_(2)0.48%-36.98%compared with F_(1) and F_(3).The comprehensive analysis showed that 80%fertilizer(360 kg/hm^(2))combined with_(2)0%bioorganic fertilizer(990 kg/hm^(2))promoted the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of hemp for flower and leaf.
