丽江烟区生物质烤房燃料颗粒配方的筛选

摘  要:为探索生物质颗粒燃料在丽江烟区的高效应用,利用区域内产量较大且稳定、便于收集的低成本烟秆作为主料,设计不同辅料的丽江烟区生物质颗粒燃料配方,对烤烟品种K326进行烘烤,通过比较不同燃料的成本与经济效益、燃烧性能、污染物排放以及烟叶烘烤的外观品质和烘烤曲线,旨在筛选出优质的生物质燃料配方。结果表明,生物质燃料烤房在节约成本、经济效益增收、燃烧性能、烟叶外观品质和烘烤曲线时间上,均优于传统燃煤烤房;其中“75%烤烟秆+25%锯末”和“50%烤烟秆+50%锯末”配比的综合效果较好,有利于烟叶风味物质积累;此外,生物质燃料排放的SO 2和颗粒污染物低于传统燃煤,排放的NO n较高于传统燃煤。初步筛选出适合生物质烤房的燃料配方,并进一步证明生物质烤房优于传统燃煤烤房,对后续改进生物质烤房和优化生物质燃料配方提供了积极的参考意义。To explore the efficient application of biomass pellet fuel in Lijiang tobacco growing areas,using low-cost tobacco sticks with large and stable yield and easy collection in this region as the main material,designing different auxiliary materials for biomass pellet fuel formulas in Liji,the aim is to screen out high-quality biomass fuel formulas.The results showed that the biomass fueled barn had better cost saving,economic benefits,combustion performance,appearance quality of tobacco leaves and baking curve time than the traditional coal-fueled barn.Among them,the“75%tobacco stick and 25%sawdust”and“50%tobacco stick and 50%sawdust”had better comprehensive effects,which was beneficial for the accumulation of flavor substances in tobacco leaves.In addition,the emissions of SO 2 and particulate pollutants from biomass fuel were lower than those of traditional coal,while the emissions of NO n were higher than those of traditional coal.This study preliminarily screened out suitable fuel formulas for biomass-fueled barn,and further proved that biomass-fueled barn was superior to traditional coal-fueled barn.This provides positive reference for further improving biomass-fueled barn and optimizing biomass fuel formulas.
