乡村振兴背景下高职涉农专业人才育训模式探索——以滨州职业学院化工生物技术专业为例

摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴需要人才,而高职涉农专业正是相关人才的重要来源。以滨州职业学院化工生物技术专业为例,探讨“诚心向农、技术助农、创新驱动”助力乡村振兴专业人才的内在根本要求,创新“思政涵化、依岗优课、双赛联动、课证融通”的人才育训模式。Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization requires talents,and higher vocational agriculture-related majors are an important source of relevant talents.Taking the chemical engineering and biotechnology major of Binzhou Polytechnic as an example,we explored the inherent fundamental requirements for professional talents to help rural revitalization by“sincerely serving farmers,helping farmers with technology,and driving the agricultural development with innovation”,and innovated the talent training model of“ideological and political cultivation,excellent courses based on posts,and double competitions linkage,curriculum and certification integration”.
