摘 要:在扎实推进共同富裕的历史阶段,构建三次分配方式协调发展成为重要的制度安排。慈善事业作为第三次分配的主要方式,在助力共同富裕中发挥着不可替代的作用。慈善教育是慈善文化发展的基本途径,也是慈善事业高质量发展的重要保障。慈善教育引导有意愿有能力的企业、组织和个人积极参与慈善事业,涵育先富群体的社会责任感、凝聚社会大众的慈善力量、提升慈善组织的从业能力,真正调动起慈善参与社会治理的积极性和专业性。慈善教育要真正发挥其在推动共同富裕中的作用,就要加快构建中国特色慈善教育体系,夯实学科基础以供给专业人才,融入中国特色以增强慈善文化认同,筑牢慈善教育共同体以织好协同发力网。慈善教育的高质量发展将激活社会力量,为实现共同富裕构建良好的慈善生态。In the historical stage of solidly promoting common prosperity,the coordinated development of the three distribution modes has become an important institutional arrangement.As the main way of the third distribution,charity plays an irreplaceable and important role in helping common prosperity.Charity education is the basic way to develop philanthropic culture,and an important guarantee for the high-quality development of philanthropy.Charity education guides willing and capable organizations and individuals to actively participate in philanthropy,cultivates social responsibilities among the earlier-rich group,unites the charity power of the public,improves charity organizations’professional abilities and truly mobilizes the enthusiasm and professionalism of charity to participate in social governance.From the perspective of the development process of charity education,charity education has undergone a transformation from spontaneous charitable behavior to organized educational behavior,and the goal of common prosperity has given birth to the development of a mature discipline.For charity education to truly play its role in promoting common prosperity,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of the charity education system with Chinese characteristics,consolidate the discipline foundation to provide professional talents,highlight Chinese characteristics to enhance the cultural identity of charity,build a solid charity education community to weave a network of collaborative efforts,and return to social life to mobilize charitable behaviour.The high-quality development of charity education will activate social forces and build a good philanthropic ecology for common prosperity.
