摘　　要：新质生产力作为信息化和智能化生产条件下所衍生的生产力新形态,对实现共同富裕具有重要影响。基于2012—2022年中国省级面板数据,实证分析新质生产力对共同富裕的影响效应与作用机制,发现新质生产力发展对共同富裕有着显著的促进作用,且考察期内共同富裕中的“富裕”效应而不是“共享”效应在起主导作用。机制分析表明,新质生产力通过劳动力技能升级和创业活跃度提升间接推动共同富裕,且良好的营商环境发挥了显著的正向调节作用。异质性分析发现,新质生产力对共同富裕的影响在时间、地理区位和共同富裕水平方面均存在异质性,在新质生产力发展期、东部及中部地区、胡焕庸线沿线及东南区域和高水平共同富裕的样本中,新质生产力发展对共同富裕的影响效应更为显著。新质生产力为实现中国经济高质量发展和中国式现代化提供了新动能,充分发挥新质生产力的扩散性与渗透性能够提高居民的收入和生活水平,将成为新时代推动中国共同富裕进程的有效路径。As a new form of productivity derived from informatization and intelligent production conditions,the new quality productive forces have an important impact on achieving common prosperity.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2012 to 2022,this paper empirically analyzes the effect and mechanism of the new quality productive forces on common prosperity.The results show that the development of the new quality productive forces play a significant role in promoting common prosperity.During the study period,the“rich”effect,rather than the“sharing”effect,predominantly contributes to common prosperity.Mechanism analysis shows that new quality productive forces indirectly promote common prosperity through the upgrading of labor force skills and increase entrepreneurial activity,and the good business environment plays a significant positive moderating role.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of new quality productive forces on common prosperity vary based on time,geographic location,and the level of common prosperity.The effect of new quality productive forces development on common prosperity is more pronounced in samples from the period when the new quality productive forces develop,the eastern region,regions along the HU Huanyong Population Line,and the southeast,as well as in samples with a high level of common prosperity.The new quality productive forces provide new momentum for realizing high-quality economic development and modernization with Chinese characteristics.Fully leveraging the diffusivity and permeability of new quality productive forces can improve residents'income and living standards,and will become an effective path to promoting the process of common prosperity in China in the era.
