摘 要:根际微生物影响土壤养分的有效性与转化,并与植物的生长及健康密切相关。该试验为了探讨非林地人参土壤中细菌群落的组成及其动态变化,对“1+5”模式非林地人参根际土壤采用高通量测序技术测定其细菌群落组成及多样性,并对细菌群落结构变化进行分析。研究结果表明:不同栽培季节人参根际土壤细菌群落结构及多样性存在差异,假单胞菌门、酸杆菌门、放线菌门为人参根际土壤细菌群落的优势菌门;鞘氨醇单胞菌属、GP6、盖勒氏菌属为人参根际土壤细菌群落的优势菌属,但随着栽培时间的增加,细菌的多样性逐渐下降。该研究为筛选适宜非林地种植的人参品种和改善其根际土壤微生物群落组成提供了理论依据。Rhizosphere microorganisms affect the effectiveness and transformation of soil nutrients,and are closely related to plant growth and health.In order to investigate the composition and dynamic changes of bacterial communities in non forest ginseng soil,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the composition and diversity of soil bacterial communities in the"1+5"model of non forest ginseng,and the changes in bacterial community structure were analyzed.The research results showed that there were differences in the bacterial community structure and diversity of ginseng rhizosphere soil in different cultivation seasons.Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter,and Actinomyces were the dominant bacterial phyla,while Sphingomonas,GP6,and Gelleria were the dominant bacterial genera in the ginseng rhizosphere bacterial community.However,with the increase of cultivation time,the diversity of bacteria gradually decreased.This study provides a theoretical basis for screening suitable ginseng and improve the composition of rhizosphere microbial communities.
