洋葱新品种“科威红10号”的激光诱变选育及栽培技术

摘  要:采用He-Ne激光3、6、9 mW,分别辐照短日照红皮洋葱品种“红0807”的湿种子10、20、30、40、50 min各5 000粒,以高产、成熟期早为育种目标,从激光辐照洋葱的变异后代中,选育产量高、成熟期早和抽薹率低的洋葱品种,经品种比较区域试验和大田生产试验,选育出洋葱新品种。该品种每公顷平均产量为84 233.7 kg,比对照品种“西葱2号”增产17.04%,比亲本“红0807”增产20.22%,增产极显著;抽薹率为3.58%,比亲本降低了18.08%,熟期为175 d左右,表现早熟。该品种被命名为“科威红10号”,2023年通过中国四川省非主要农作物品种认定委员会认定(川认菜2023009)。He-Ne laser was used to irradiate 5oo0 wet seeds of red skinned short-day onion variety"Hong 0807"for 10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min and 50 min respectively at 3 mW,6 mW and 9 mW.Aiming at onion varieties with high yield,early maturity and low bolting rate were selected from the variation offspring of laser irradiated onion.After variety comparison regional and field production test,new onion varieties were selected.The average yield per hectare of this variety is 84233.7 kg,which was 17.04%higher than that of the control variety"Xichong 2"and 20.22%higher than that of the parent"Hong 0807",and the yield increase was extremely significant;The bolting rate was 3.58%,which was 18.08%lower than that of the parents.The maturation period was about 175 days,showing early maturity.The variety is named"Kewei Red 1o".In 2023 it was recognized by the Non Major Crop Variety Committee of Sichuan Province(Sichuan Cergified Vegetables 2023009).
