摘  要:为了研究2000一2022年我国东北地区农业碳排放的时空演变规律,评价其生态效率,从而为构建低碳农业模式、推进农业碳减排、促进东北地区农业高质量发展,以及保障国家粮食安全提供理论支撑。该文基于东北地区农业生产相关数据,采用联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change,IPCC)碳排放系数法对农业碳排放量进行测算,分析农业碳排放的时空特征,并利用非期望产出的超效率SBM(Slacks-Based Measure)模型评估农业生态效率值。结果表明:研究期间,东北地区农业碳排放总量总体上呈先上升后缓慢下降的趋势,生态效率呈现出非稳定变动。依据分析结果,为促进东北地区农业的高质量发展,应制定针对性的农业减排策略,以实现东北地区农业生产在生态效益与经济效益方面的双赢,进而达到碳中和目标。Study the spatiotemporal evolution of agricultural carbon emissions in the Northeast China from 2000 to 2022,evaluate ecological efficiency,provide theoretical support for constructing low-carbon agricultural models,promoting agricultural carbon reduction,promoting high-quality develop-ment of agriculture in the Northeast China,and ensuring national food security.Based on relevant agricultural production data in the Northeast China,the Intergovernmental Panelon Climate Change(IPCC)carbon emission coefficient method was used to calculate the agricultural carbon emissions,analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions,and evaluate the ecological efficiency value of agriculture using the non-expected output super-efficiency model SBM(Slacks Based Measure).The results show that the total amount of agricultural carbon emissions in the Northeast China during the study period generally a trend of first rising and then slowly declining,and the ecological efficiency also exhibited unstable fluctuations.Based on the analysis results,in order to promote high-quality development of agriculture in the Northeast China,targeted agricultural emission reduction strategies should be formulated to achieve a win-win situation in terms of ecological and economic benefits of agricultural production in the Northeast China,and ultimately achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.
