摘  要:以乙炔气作渗剂,采用5种强渗-扩散交替的工艺对20CrMnTi钢齿轮进行了真空渗碳及油淬和低温回火。检测了齿轮节圆处的表面含碳量、显微组织、晶粒尺寸和硬度分布。结果表明:经真空渗碳、淬火和低温回火的20CrMnTi钢齿轮渗层显微组织为回火马氏体和残留奥氏体及弥散碳化物;在900℃和930℃真空渗碳、淬火和低温回火的齿轮渗层残留奥氏体较多,在1020℃真空渗碳、淬火和低温回火的齿轮渗层晶粒度为7级;模数为2.5的20CrMnTi钢齿轮的最佳真空渗碳温度为950℃。Taking acetylene gas as a carburizing agent,the 20CrMnTi steel gears were vacuum carburized by five types of processes in which carburizing and diffusing were alternately performed,and then were oil quenched and low-temperature tempered.The surface carbon content,microstructure,grain size and hardness distribution in pitch circle of the gears were tested.The results indicated that(a)microstructure of the case in the gear vacuum carburized then quenched and low-temperature tempered consisted of tempered martensite,residual austenite and dispersed carbides;(b)the case in the gears vacuum carburized at 900℃and at 930℃then quenched and low-temperature tempered exhibited more residual austenite,and the case grain size of the gear vacuum carburized at 1200℃then quenched and low-temperature tempered was No.7;and(c)the vacuum carburizing at 950℃was most applicable to 2.5-module 20CrMnTi steel gear.
