摘  要:压缩机叶轮形状较复杂,批量热处理时,会由于装载不当而发生变形。为此,设计了一种专用于叶轮批量热处理的由底座、托盘、垫套和吊轴等组成的吊架。结果表明:采用该吊架可对多件叶轮同时进行热处理,叶轮不会因受压而发生变形,从而提高了叶轮的热处理质量和生产效率。The compressor impeller has complex shape,and will deform during batch heat treating due to improper loading.For this reason,a cradle which consists of base,tray,spacer sleeve and hanging shaft and is reserved for batch heat treating of the impellers was designed.The results indicate that the multiple pieces of impeller may be heat treated simultaneously in the cradle,and the impeller will not deform under pressure,and therefore both the heat treatment quality and production efficiency of the impellers are increased.
