摘  要:镀锌IF钢汽车板冲压后表面有橘皮缺陷。复查了正常的和有橘皮缺陷的IF钢卷的全流程生产工艺参数和产品性能,并进行了金相检验。结果表明:显示橘皮缺陷的IF钢卷生产速率较低,退火时间较长,导致其晶粒较粗大,且存在少量混晶,从而冲压时产生橘皮缺陷。A type of orange peel defects appeared on galvanized IF steel sheet for automobile after stamping.The whole production process parameters of IF steel coils without and with orange peel defects and the properties of the product were rechecked,and the metallographic examination was carried out.The results showed that the IF steel coil with orange peel defects exhibited coarser grains and a small amount of mischcrystal which were traced to lower production rate and longer duration of annealing,therefore the orange peel defect formed during stamping.
