摘  要:“金港高速”夏季高温天气导致沥青混合料稳定性变差,在强辐射作用下易使沥青混合料黏结性变差,沥青路面在相同荷载作用下更易出现开裂、车辙、剥落等现象。通过模拟“金港高速”高温强辐射的实际气候条件,根据传热学基本原理,基于ABAQUS建立沥青路面温度场有限元模型,模拟高温强辐射地区路面温度场变化规律;进一步分析紫外线与温度对沥青路面的延迟性,最后通过室外试验采集夏季沥青路面温度、紫外线等参数,将其结果与仿真结果拟合分析,得出相关结论:沥青路面温度与环境温度、紫外线辐射强度变化曲线规律一致,但其峰值稍滞后于两者,且滞后时间不同;气温对路面温度具有滞后性影响,滞后时长约为1 h,而紫外线辐射对路面温度的滞后时长约为2 h;高温强辐射及仅高温环境下沥青路面温度日波动较大,其差值均在30℃以上。The high temperature weather of"Jingang Expressway"in summer leads to the deterioration of the stability of asphalt mixture,and the adhesion of asphalt mixture is easy to deteriorate under the action of strong radiation,and the asphalt pavement is more prone to cracking,rutting and spalling under the same load.Based on the basic principle of heat transfer,the finite element model of asphalt pavement temperature field was established based on ABAQUS to simulate the variation law of pavement temperature field in the high temperature and strong radiation area by simulating the actual climate conditions of"Jingang Expressway".The delay of UV and temperature on asphalt pavement was further analyzed.Finally,parameters such as temperature and UV of asphalt pavement in summer were collected by outdoor experiment,and the results were fitted with simulation results.Relevant conclusions were drawn:the curve of change of asphalt pavement temperature is consistent with environmental temperature and UV radiation intensity,but its peak value is slightly behind the two,and the lag time is different.The temperature has a lag effect on the road temperature,the lag time is about 1h,and the lag time of ultraviolet radiation on the road temperature is about 2h.The temperature of asphalt pavement fluctuates greatly under high temperature and strong radiation and only high temperature environment,and the difference value is above 30℃.
