摘  要:厂拌热再生技术是实现高速公路建设与养护低碳发展的有效途径。选择高速公路上面层常用的AC-13沥青混合料进行热再生混合料的配合比设计,其中RAP掺量分别为20%、30%、40%,并讨论了热再生混合料的抗水损害性能的变化及其影响因素。研究结果表明RAP掺量对抗水损害性能的影响比较复杂,普通沥青混合料与热再生混合料在多次冻融循环下其TSR值的变化并不一致。从沥青与集料的黏附性分析来看,RAP与沥青的黏附性能更好。从水与集料裹附老化沥青膜前后的接触角分析来看,RAP的抗水损害性能在一定程度上要优于新集料。同时,研究发现RAP加热温度及混合料的空隙率对抗水损害性能有较大影响。分析热再生沥青混合料的抗水损害性能需要综合考虑其材料组成、体积特征及再生工艺等多方面因素。Plant-mixed hot recycled technology is an effective way to realize the low-carbon development of expressway construction and maintenance.In this paper,the AC-13 asphalt mixture used in the surface layer of the expressway is selected for the mix design of the hot recycled mixture,in which the Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)content is 20%,30%,and 40%respectively,and the change in water damage resistance of the hot recycled mixture and its influencing factors were discussed.The results indicate that the effect of RAP content on water damage resistance is complex,and the change in TSR value between ordinary asphalt mixture and hot recycled mixture under multiple freeze-thaw cycles is inconsistent.Based on an analysis of the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate,it was found that the adhesion between RAP and asphalt is superior.Through the contact angle analysis of water and aggregate before and after aging of the asphalt film,it was observed that the water damage resistance of RAP is relatively better than that of new aggregate to some extent.Meanwhile,the study revealed that the RAP heating temperature and the porosity of the mixture significantly influence water damage resistance.Analyzing the water damage resistance performance of hot recycled asphalt mixtures requires comprehensive consideration of various factors such as material composition,volume characteristics,and recycling processes.
