摘 要:传统水泥基灌浆料易开裂,限制了半柔性路面材料的应用。使用改性乳化沥青增强灌浆料的性能,并对沥青混合料的路用性能进行分析。通过响应面法确定改性乳化沥青灌浆料(SGM)的最优沥灰比、水灰比和基体沥青混合料的最佳空隙率,并采用扫描电镜分析SGM的微观形貌。响应面分析结果表明:基体沥青混合料最佳空隙率为25.75%,SGM最优沥灰比为0.07,水灰比为0.33。扫描电镜测试结果显示,改性乳化沥青均匀填充于棒状水化产物空隙中,两者交互连接,增强了灌浆料的柔韧性,半柔性沥青混合料的灌浆饱满度基本不受影响,低温抗裂性提升了45%。Traditional cement-based grouting material is prone to cracking and limits the application of semi-flexible pavement materials.Modified emulsified asphalt was used to improve the performance of cement-based grouting material,and the road performance of asphalt mixtures was analyzed.The optimal asphalt-cement ratio and water-cement ratio of the modified emulsified asphalt grouting material(SGM)and the optimal void ratio of the matrix asphalt mixture were determined by response surface methodology.And scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the microscopic morphology of SGM.Response surface analysis results show that the optimal void ratio of matrix asphalt mixture is 25.75%,the optimal asphalt-cement ratio of SGM is 0.07,and the water-cement ratio is 0.33.The scanning electron microscope test results show that the modified emulsified asphalt is uniformly filled in the voids of the rod shaped hydration product,and interconnection of the two enhances flexibility of the grouting material,the grout fullness of SGM semi-flexible pavement materials is largely unaffected,and the low-temperature crack resistance can be improved by 45%.
