摘  要:在常见的市售热熔道路标线原有性能的基础上,合成了一种综合路用性能更佳的高亮型热熔标线。基于混合物试验设计方法,通过优化纳米二氧化钛、矿物骨料、增塑剂等材料的组合,以道路标线的抗滑性能、色度性能及附着力作为响应值,借助响应面分析对热熔标线耐久性能进行提升,并对各组标线的抗滑性能、色度性能以及附着力进行性能试验及分析。结果表明:最优配合比为C5石油树脂20%、纳米二氧化钛5%、轻体碳酸钙32%、陶瓷颗粒10%、玻璃微珠32%、增塑剂1%;根据红外光谱分析得出,最佳方案热熔标线与C5树脂官能团吸收峰强度差异的主要因素为轻体碳酸钙和增塑剂;微观形貌测试结果表明,经过抗滑性能测试后,树脂与填料之间的黏结作用较好,表面结构仅被部分破坏,其微结构密实性优于普通热熔标线;通过面撒0.5 kg/m 3且折射率为1.9的玻璃珠可大幅提高道路标线的视认性能。This research show a kind of bright hot-melt road marking with better comprehensive road performance is synthesized on the basis of the original performance of common commercially available hot-melt road marking.Based on the mixture test design method,by optimizing the combination of nano-titanium dioxide,mineral aggregate,plasticizer and other materials,the skid resistance,chromaticity performance and adhesion of the road markings were used as the response values,and the durability of hot-melt marking is optimized by response surface analysis.The skid-resistance,chroma and adhesion properties were tested and analyzed,and the optimal mix was as follows:C5 petroleum resin 20%,nano titanium dioxide 5%,light calcium oxide 32%,ceramic particles 10%,glass beads 32%,plasticizer 1%.According to the infrared spectrum analysis,the main factors of the difference in the absorption peak strength between the optimal hot-melt marking and C5 resin are light weight calcium carbonate and plasticizer.The results of microstructure test show that the adhesion between the resin and the filler is good,the surface structure is only partially destroyed,and the microstructure density is better than that of the common hot-melt marking.The visual performance of road marking can be greatly improved by spreading 0.5 kg/m 3 glass beads with a refractive index of 1.9.
