摘  要:机载悬挂物早期疲劳损伤检测是其寿命评估的难点之一,为研究该问题,对机载悬挂物局部试验件进行疲劳与中子衍射残余应力测量试验。针对中子衍射测量窗口对应力分布的影响与疲劳试验寿命评估准确性之间的矛盾,本文提出一种多约束下基于响应面法的试验件优化方法。首先根据试验方案确定两类约束和试验件疲劳危险部位基准应力,然后选取合适的设计点仿真并拟合疲劳危险部位应力的响应面模型,基于该模型对切割区域进行优化,最后校核响应面模型与应力偏差。优化结果表明,应用该方法优化的试验件可以满足两类试验的约束条件,对未来中子衍射测量-疲劳组合试验的试验件设计具有指导意义。One of difficulties in aircraft external carriage life assessment in service is the early fatigue damage detection.To study the problem,an experimentation which includes fatigue test and neutron diffraction residual stress measure has been carried out on a test structure which is a part of an aircraft external carriage.A test structure optimization method with multi-constraint based on the RSM has been invented to solve the contradiction between the influence of stress distribution cause by the neutron diffraction measuring window and the exactitude of fatigue test life result.Firstly,two constraints and test structure stress on the fatigue dangerous position are determined.Then,the appropriate design point is chosen and simulated.The response surface model of stress on the fatigue dangerous position is fitted.An optimization process is carried out for the measuring window based on the model.Finally,the fit of response surface model and stress deviation are checked.Optimization results prove that the test structure optimized by this method can satisfy the constraint conditions of two kinds of experiment,which can give a guideline for the test structure design for future neutron diffraction and fatigue combination test.
