摘  要:选择湖北省汉北河流域实施的水利血防工程为研究对象,评估了以堤身加培和抬洲降滩为主的水利血防工程实施前后当地螺情、血吸虫病病情的变化情况。结果表明:堤身加培和抬洲降滩水利血防工程实施后,当地的钉螺孳生面积有效减少,工程区钉螺面积分别下降100%、89.8%;工程区范围内的血吸虫病人感染率均下降100%;水利血防工程控螺防病效果显著,发挥了很好的社会经济效益。研究成果为进一步提高长江流域河湖有螺洲滩治理水平提供了实践参考,对支撑健康中国战略的实施和长江经济带绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。Taking water conservancy and schistosomiasis prevention project in the Hanbei River Basin of Hubei province as the research object,we analyzed the changes of Oncomelania hupensis distribution and schistosomiasis situation before and after the implementation of two projects mainly focusing on embankment body reinforcement,and raising or lowering the beach.The results show that snail breeding area has effectively reduced after the implementation of the two projects,and the snail-infested area decreased by 100%and 89.8%in the two project areas,respectively.The infection rate of schistosomiasis among people in the two project areas significantly decreased by 100%,which indicates that water conservancy and schistosomiasis prevention project is highly effective in snail control and disease prevention,and brings remarkable social and economic benefits.The research results provide practical reference for further improving the governance level of rivers and lakes with Oncomelania hupensis habitats in the Yangtze River Basin,and is of great significance to support the implementation of the Healthy China strategy and the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
