政府绿色采购对企业绿色技术创新的影响效应——基于中国上市公司微观视角的实证检验

摘　　要：以政府绿色采购为切入点,构建固定效应模型考察政府需求引导企业绿色技术创新的作用及内在逻辑。研究结果表明,政府绿色采购能够显著促进企业绿色技术创新水平。异质性分析发现,对于技术密集型企业和公众媒体关注度高的企业,政府绿色采购对企业绿色技术创新水平的激励效应更大;中介检验表明,绿色采购主要通过提高信息披露质量以及降低企业盈利波动两条渠道推动企业绿色技术创新;绿色采购能够促进企业绿色技术创新“量质齐升”,且党组织参与公司治理可发挥有效支撑作用。Taking government green procurement as an entry point,a fixed-effects model was constructed to examine the role and internal logic of government demand in guiding enterprises'green technology innovation.The results of the study show that government green procurement can significantly promote the level of green technological innovation of enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis found that the incentive effect of government green procurement on enterprises'green technology innovation level is greater for technology-intensive enterprises and enterprises with higher public media attention.The mediation test shows that green purchasing promotes enterprises'green technological innovation mainly through improving the quality of information disclosure and reducing enterprises'profit fluctuations.Green procurement can promote“quantitative and qualitative upgrading”of enterprises'green technology innovation,and that the participation of party organizations in corporate governance plays an effective supporting role.
