“三茶统筹”视域下山区县茶旅融合发展的实现路径探索——以浙江开化龙顶为例

摘　　要：茶叶是中国山区县强村富民的核心产业,茶旅融合发展是茶产业转型提质的关键路径。习近平总书记提出的“要把茶文化、茶产业、茶科技统筹起来”理念,为新时代茶旅融合发展助力茶产业高质量发展提供了路径指引。位于钱塘江源头的浙江省开化县是中国绿茶“黄金三角”的核心区,茶产业作为地方农业主导产业,探索如何通过茶旅融合发展助力“开化龙顶振兴”意义重大。通过文献梳理、深度访谈和实地走访,在分析开化县茶旅产业发展现状及存在问题的基础上,以“三茶统筹”理念为引领,从文化挖掘、标准建设、数字赋能、产业融合、政策指引等五个方面提出实现路径的对策建议,为开化茶旅融合发展铸魂、筑基、添翼、拓链和护航,为山区县茶产业转型提质发展提供经验借鉴和参考依据。Tea industry is the core industry for China’s rural development and villagers’prosperity,tea tourism integrated development is the key path of tea industry transformation and quality.XI Jinping put forward the“Integrated Development of Tea Culture,Tea Industry,and Tea Technology”(IDCIT)concept for the new era of tea tourism integration of high-quality development provides a path guide.Located at the source of the Qiantang River,Kaihua County in Zhejiang Province is the core area of China’s“Golden Triangle”of green tea.As a leading local agricultural industry,exploring how to promote the revitalization of Kaihua Longding through the integration of tea and tourism development is of great significance.This paper through the literature and field visits,in the analysis of Kaihua County tea tourism industry development status quo and the existence of problems based on the concept of IDCIT as the leading concept,from the cultural excavation,standard construction,digital empowerment,industrial integration,policy guidance and other five aspects of the proposed countermeasures and paths to achieve for the high quality development of Kaihua Tea Tourism Integration casting the soul,Building foundation,add wings,expand the chain and escort,research results for tea industry transformation in mountainous counties and quality development to provide experience and reference basis.
