快速泄压下含草酸铵HTPB推进剂的燃烧行为

摘  要:为研究一系列含草酸铵(质量分数0~4%)的低燃速推进剂的燃熄可控特性,分别使用高压激光点火平台和磁吸式泄压试验发动机测定了其在稳态和瞬态下的燃烧参数,主要包括稳态燃速、临界泄压熄火边界和瞬态火焰变化过程。结果表明,随着泄压前初始压力(p 0)的增加,推进剂泄压熄火所需的临界泄压速率(d p/d t)发生线性变化;向HTPB/AP推进剂中引入质量分数2%的草酸铵后,0.5~2.51 MPa内的泄压复燃区域缩小18.74%,所需的临界泄压熄火速率降低6.87%~25.18%;0.1~9 MPa下的稳态燃速降低6.5%~20.5%,并在草酸铵质量分数为4%的配方中增至13.9%~26.6%。稳态燃烧和瞬态燃烧结果间的一致性表明,草酸铵的引入有利于HTPB/AP基推进剂泄压后达成熄火,这可归因于其对AP分解的强烈抑制和较大的分解吸热作用。In order to investigate the controllability of ignition and extinguishment of a series of low burning rate propellants containing ammonium oxalate(mass fraction 0—4%),the combustion parameters of the propellants under steady-state and transient conditions were measured by using a high pressure laser ignition platform and a magnetic pressure relief test engine respectively.The parameters included steady-state burning rates,critical depressurization extinguishment boundaries,and transient flame evolution processes.The results show that the critical depressurization rate(d p/d t)required for propellant extinguishment linearly increases with the initial pressure(p 0).Adding 2%ammonium oxalate into HTPB/AP propellant,the depressurization relief region reignition area within 0.5 MPa to 2.51 MPa is reduced by 18.74%and the critical depressurization rate is decreased by 6.87%—25.18%.The steady-state burning rate decreased by 6.5%—20.5%in the range at 0.1—9 MPa,and increased to 13.9%—26.6%in the formula with 4%ammonium oxalate.The consistency between steady-state and transient combustion results indicates that ammonium oxalate helps HTPB/AP-based propellants achieve extinguishment after depressurization.This effect is attributed to its strong inhibition of AP decomposition and significant decomposition heat absorption.
