空间实践视域下政策性移民生活空间的建构——基于内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟的调查

摘　　要：以“国家—社会”为分析框架,立足易地扶贫搬迁和后续扶持,从空间实践视域关注政策性移民生活空间边界建构的内在机理和制度逻辑。政策性移民生活空间的建构依照“政府—移民”双向实践路径,通过建构和反身建构的实践形式来感受空间,双方由此调整实践策略,形塑移民空间的结构特征。基于中国现有的制度框架,国家对易地扶贫搬迁人口生活空间的建构拥有绝对的话语权、支配权、控制权,通过空间整合、空间支配、空间调整的形式,不仅决定了移民生活空间的策略性选择,而且对移民日常生活的常规要素进行必要指引。身为实践主体的移民虽然处于相对弱势的地位,但是在持久稳定的行为倾向系统的前提下,依据过往实践活动的结构性指引,以集体记忆、身份认同和惯习的方式开展实践行为,自下而上地形塑移民生活空间的边界。将易地扶贫搬迁工程研究置于特定的社会情境中,能够对易地扶贫搬迁人口生活空间的建构产生更深刻的认识。Using the“state-society”analytical framework and focusing on relocation for poverty alleviation and subsequent support,this study examines the internal mechanisms and institutional logic underlying the construction of boundaries for policybased immigrant living spaces from the perspective of spatial practice.The construction of immigrant living spaces follows a two-way practice path involving“government-immigrant”interactions,where space is experienced through practices of construction and reflexivity.Both parties adjust their strategies in the process,shaping the structural characteristics of immigrant spaces.Within China’s existing institutional framework,the state holds absolute discourse power,dominance,and control over the construction of immigrant living spaces.Through spatial integration,domination,and adjustment,the state not only determines immigrants’strategic choices regarding their living spaces but also provides necessary guidance for the routine elements of their daily lives.Although immigrants,as practitioners,occupy a relatively disadvantaged position,they engage in practical behaviors informed by collective memory,identity recognition,and habitual practices.Guided by structural patterns of past activities,immigrants contribute from the bottom up to shaping the boundaries of their living spaces.By situating research on poverty alleviation relocation projects within specific social contexts,this study provides deeper insights into the construction of immigrant living spaces.
