摘　　要：坚持系统思维是习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想的重要内容,系统思维在民族工作中的前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、战略性布局及整体性推进,丰富了解决民族问题的方法路径。在民族团结进步创建活动的系统实践、民族地区经济社会发展的系统策略、民族文化保护与传承的系统方案等方面展示了系统思维在加强和改进民族工作中所取得的重要实践成果。Adhering to system thinking is a key aspect of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on strengthening and improving ethnic work.System thinking,characterized by forward-looking perspectives,comprehensive planning,strategic deployment,and holistic advancement,has enriched the methodologies and pathways for addressing ethnic issues.Significant practical achievements have been demonstrated in areas such as the systematic practice of fostering ethnic unity and progress,the formulation of systematic strategies for economic and social development in ethnic regions,and the implementation of systematic plans for the preservation and transmission of ethnic cultures.These achievements highlight the pivotal role of system thinking in strengthening and improving ethnic work.
