摘  要:对2个不同株型黄叶侧柏的半同胞子代典型黄叶和绿叶苗在苗木生长和光合叶色相关性状进行了对比研究。结果显示:(1)发散型和紧凑型的黄叶苗与绿叶苗在株高、地径、分枝数上差异不显著,在分枝角度上,发散型苗的分枝角度显著大于紧凑型苗;(2)2个半同胞子代的黄叶苗亮度参数(L^(*))、黄色参数(b^(*))、蓝光、黄光、红光的反射率均显著高于绿叶苗,黄叶苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及类胡萝卜素含量均显著低于绿叶苗色素含量;(3)POD、MDA含量表现为绿叶苗显著高于黄叶苗,SOD酶活性无显著差异。Typical yellow-leaved and green-leaved seedlings of half-sibling offspring of two different strains of yellow-leaved Platycladus orientalis were investigated for growth and leaf colour related traits.The results showed that:(1)The differences between yellow-leaved and green-leaved seedlings of dispersed and compact types were not significant in plant height,ground diameter,and number of branches,while the branching angle of dispersed seedlings was significantly greater than that of compact seedlings.(2)The brightness parameter(L^(*)),yellow parameter(b^(*)),reflectance of blue,yellow and red light were significantly higher in yellow-leaved seedlings than in green-leaved seedlings in the two half-siblings offspring,and the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and carotenoids was significantly lower than the pigment content in green-leaved seedlings in yellow-leaved seedlings.(3)The magnitude of POD and MDA showed that they were significantly higher in green-leaved seedlings than in yellow-leaved seedlings,and the SOD was not significantly different.
