摘　　要：耶氏肺孢子菌(Pneumocystis jirovecii,PJ)是一种机会致病菌,感染常发生在免疫功能受损患者中,最常引起肺部感染,肺外感染极为少见。报道我院收治耶氏肺孢子菌致中枢神经系统感染1例。患者为68岁女性,因呕吐、发热、一过性意识不清入院,通过脑脊液聚合酶链反应(PCR)确诊,予复方磺胺甲噁唑片抗感染治疗,临床症状基本消失,各项感染指标恢复正常,现进行治疗用药分析,以期为临床治疗此类患者提供参考。The opportunistic pathogen Pneumocystis jirovecii(PJ)primarilycausedlung infections in immunocompromised patients,whileextrapulmonary infection being extremely rare.A case of central nervous system infection caused by PJ in our hospital was reported.The patient was a 68 year old female who was admitted to the hospital due to vomiting,fever,and transient unconsciousness.She was diagnosed by PCR test of cerebrospinal fluid.After anti-infectioustreatment with trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole,the clinical symptoms basically disappeared,andinfection indexes returned to normal.Therefore,therapeutic analysis was conducted to provide clinical guidance for similar cases.
