摘　　要：2023年国家卫生健康委员会医政司连续发布通知要求围绕围术期医疗安全全面提升医疗服务质量,尤其强调药剂科要围绕外科手术患者诊疗需要,全面提升医疗服务能力。在围术期药物治疗管理中肿瘤患者属于相对特殊人群,因为外科手术干预常贯穿于肿瘤患者的治疗周期,包括与肿瘤相关手术或因创伤原因等进行急诊手术,因而口服抗肿瘤药物(oral antineoplastic agents,OAAs)在外科围术期应用的安全性越来越受到关注。基于此,2022年《药品安全专家意见》杂志发布了第一个针对肿瘤患者围术期口服抗肿瘤药物的用药指南,本文将对此指南内容进行逐一介绍及解读,以期为临床药师优化围术期用药服务,进而降低肿瘤患者围术期相关并发症的发生,改善肿瘤患者围术期临床治疗结局。In 2023,Department of Medical Affairs of the National Health Comission issued successive notices requiring the comprehensive improvement of the quality of medical services around perioperative medical safety,especially emphasizing that the pharmacy department should focus on the diagnosis and treatment needs of surgical patients and comprehensively improve the medical service capacity.In perioperative drug therapy management,cancer patients belong to a relatively special group,as surgical interventions are often an integral part of their treatment cycle,including tumor-related surgery or emergency surgery due to trauma.However,the safety of oral antineoplastic agents(OAAs)in perioperative surgery has attracted more and more attention.Based on this background,in 2022,Expert Opinion on Drug Safety published the first perioperative oral antitumor drug guidelines for cancer patients.This paper will introduce and interpret the contents of these guidelines one by one,with a view to optimizing perioperative pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists and reducing the occurrence of perioperative related complications in cancer patients,and to improve the outcome of perioperative clinical treatment for cancer patients.
