摘 要:目的:探讨静电纺丝黄芪多糖复合纳米纤维敷料改善下肢静脉溃疡的效果。方法:选取2023年4月至2023年12月期间在四川省某三级甲等医院收治的92例下肢静脉溃疡患者,按随机数字表法以1∶1比例分为试验组和对照组,各46例。对照组使用常规换药,试验组在常规换药的基础上加用静电纺丝黄芪多糖复合纳米纤维敷料,干预时长均为4周。记录2组患者干预前及干预4周后的愈合率、换药次数和生活质量评分,随访3个月后评估愈合时间。结果:干预4周后,试验组患者的愈合时间、换药次数和生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。愈合率的时间效应、组间与时间的交互效应、组间效应有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在干预第1、2、3、4周后,试验组患者的愈合率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:静电纺丝黄芪多糖复合纳米纤维敷料可以提高下肢静脉溃疡患者的愈合率,减少换药次数,缩短愈合时间,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the curative effect of electrostatically spun astragalus polysaccharide composite nanofibre dressings on lower limb venous ulcers patients.Methods:From April 2023 to December 2023,92 patients with lower limb venous ulcers admitted to a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method in a ratio of 1∶1,with 46 cases in each group.The control group used conventional dressing changes,and the experimental group added electrostatically spun astragaloside composite nano-fibre dressing on the basis of the conventional dressing changes,and the intervention lasted for 4 weeks.The healing rate,number of dressing changes and quality of life scores of patients in both groups before and after 4 weeks of intervention were recorded,and the healing time was assessed after 3 months of follow-up.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the healing time,number of dressing changes and quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time effect of healing rate,the interaction effect between groups and time,and the between-group effect were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate of patients in the test group was higher than that of the control group after the 1st week of intervention,after the 2nd week,after the 3rd week,and after the 4th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrostatically spun astragalus polysaccharide composite nanofibre dressing can improve the healing rate of patients with lower limb venous ulcers,reduce the number of dressing changes,shorten the healing time,and improve the quality of life of patients.
