摘 要:为减弱永磁同步电机内置电机转子与定子之间的气隙分布不均引起的偏心,造成的高速电主轴动态特性的非线性变化,基于复合偏心影响下不平衡磁拉力模型,建立永磁同步电机模型及其运动微分方程。采用数值模拟方法分析发生气隙偏心时电机系统的动态特性,通过分岔图、轴心轨迹图和频谱图等方法对高速电主轴内置电机系统的非线性振动特性进行研究。结果表明,随着转速增大,电机转子的回转半径呈现先增大后减小的趋势,增大静偏心会导致回转半径峰值后移,但随着静偏心增大,系统峰值也逐渐增大。To attenuate the nonlinear changes in the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed motor spindle caused by the eccentricity and the uneven distribution of the air gap between the rotor and the stator of the permanent magnet synchronous motor built-in motor,a model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and its differential equations of motion are established based on the model of the unbalanced magnetic tension under the influence of the compound eccentricity.Numerical simulation methods are used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the motor system when air gap eccentricity occurs,and the nonlinear vibration characteristics of the built-in motor system of the high-speed electric spindle are investigated by bifurcation diagrams,axial trajectory diagrams and spectrograms.The results show that,with the increase of rotational speed,the rotary radius of the motor rotor shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and increasing the static eccentricity,leading to the backward shift of the peak value of the rotary radius,but with the increase of the static eccentricity,the peak value of the system is also gradually increased.
