摘 要:文章研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)法测定钨铁中锰含量的可行性。针对元素谱线、称样量、试样消解和谱线干扰影响因素进行了条件试验。从实验结果得出,选取257.611nm锰元素谱线,钨基体和高纯铁打底配制系列工作曲线,ICP分析钨铁标准物质,分析结果与标准值之差在允差内,11组数据的相对标准偏差RSD≤1.50%。The feasibility of using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)to determine manganese content in ferrotungsten was studied.Conditional experiments were conducted on the factors affecting elemental spectral lines,sample size,sample digestion,and spectral line interference.From the experimental results,it can be concluded that a series of working curves were prepared by selecting 257.611nm manganese element spectral lines,tungsten matrix,and high-purity iron as the base.ICP analysis of ferrotungsten standard substances was conducted,and the difference between the analysis results and the standard values was within the allowable range.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the 11 sets of data was less than 1.50%.
