摘　　要：分析新时期国土空间规划的知识需求,构建面向空间治理全链条的国土空间规划知识体系。同时,梳理近5年来相关高校城乡规划专业人才培养改革的探索历程与进展,指出当前人才培养中仍存在以下问题:国土空间规划与空间治理其他环节的融合和协同知识体系尚未完全形成,人才培养方向的共识有待进一步深化,以及复合型人才培养对专业化培养的挤压等。基于此,提出深化规划人才培养改革的相关建议。An analysis on the knowledge demands of territorial spatial planning in the new era is conducted for the establishment of a knowledge system aimed at the entire chain of spatial governance.With a review of the explorations and progress made in talent training reforms by universities over the past five years,it is indicated that there are still issues to be addressed,such as the incomplete integration and coordination between territorial spatial planning and other aspects of spatial governance,the need to deepen the consensus on the direction of talent cultivation,and the squeeze of cultivating versatile talents on specialized training.Based on this,further suggestions on deepening the reform of planning talents cultivation are put forward.
